Is there a monthly billing option?

What happens when my annual licence expires?
Asteris continues to work but stops receiving updates and support. Renew to resume — if you renew within the same subscription, your locked launch price continues.
What happens to my price if I cancel and re-subscribe later?
You re-subscribe at the current regular price ($199 / $449 / $749 once launch is closed). The launch-lock is a continuous-subscription benefit. So don't cancel.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Upgrades are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Email support@ to initiate. Your launch-lock follows you across tiers as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I transfer my licence to a different domain?
Yes — within the site count for your tier. Email support@ — no fees, no friction.
What does the 14-day refund cover?
Any paid tier, purchased directly from asterisforwordpress.com, within 14 days. Processed within 24 hours. See /refund-policy.
Does Asteris Free require a licence key?
No. Asteris Free installs from WordPress.org like any other plugin. No account required.
Is the Agency tier white-label?
No (v1.0). Asteris branding remains in the WP admin. Agency is for installs across up to 10 sites, not for reselling.
What licence type is Asteris?
GPL-2.0+. The plugin code is GPL, consistent with WordPress's own licence requirements.
Are prices in USD?
Yes. All prices USD. Lemon Squeezy handles currency display + tax (AU GST, EU VAT) at checkout.
Why is there no separate Lifetime tier?
No one-time lifetime payment. The Founder offer is "launch pricing locked for life when you stay subscribed" — better for the vendor (recurring revenue funds support), better for the customer (compounding savings as regular pricing rises). Read more on /founder.
